Refund & Returns Policy

At Voya Comfort, we are committed to providing high-quality products. This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK law.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, not as described, or you do not receive your order, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You must notify us within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a full refund.

To request a refund or report an issue, please contact our customer service team using the contact button on our website. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Change of Mind (Cancellation Rights)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

However, this right does not apply to goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.

As our products are personal-use items, we do not offer refunds for change of mind where items have been opened or used.

Returns Policy

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.

If a return is required due to a fault, damage, or error on our part, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
