What should I do if I haven't received my product?
If you haven't received your product within the specified shipping time, please reach out to our support team. We'll be happy to assist you and, if necessary, we will issue a full refund for your order. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to help resolve any issues promptly.
What is your return policy?
At Voya Comfort, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Please ensure all tags and labels remain intact. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
